Because we are a small business with scheduled deliveries and event setups, we are not always able to accommodate last-minute changes to pickup or return times. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

While we do offer pickup and return options, not all rental items are eligible for will-call. Due to consistent damage we’ve seen in the past, some items may require delivery or pickup by our team. We’ll confirm eligibility after reviewing your inquiry.
